Skills and Development Tutor

Work closely with our curriculum experts to enhance IT & Business courses and enrich our students' experience.

What skills are we looking for:



Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, practical sessions, and support the wider team. Mentor and support students, fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment. Work towards college and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring learners achieve their best.

Responsibilities for the role:



Conduct weekly course review sessions for students within the Business & Digital study programmes. Action college strategy by communicating and delivering outcomes for students. Maintain high standards which meet the college and Ofsted expectations. Develop and update content to meet the learners' needs. Identify barriers to learning and plan appropriate strategies to overcome them, ensuring delivery is adapted to meet learner needs. Provide enrichment opportunities to students through clubs, competitions and activities.

The Location:

The site is based in Nuneaton. Travel to other sites may also be required.
