Part-Time | Term-Time Pro Rata
Are you fired up about helping young people with complex additional learning needs unlock their full potential? We're looking for a dedicated tutor to deliver tailored, high-impact learning focused on independence, confidence, and personal growth.
What you'll do:
Design and deliver a bespoke curriculum blending accredited and non-accredited courses Support young people with complex learning needs and disabilities to achieve their personal goals Champion learner autonomy and holistic development beyond just the classroom
What you need:
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) as an Independent Specialist post-16 teacher (must be in place before starting) A solid commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing (enhanced DBS required) Proven ability to deliver personalised learning in a supportive, nurturing environment
