As a

Skills Practitioner

, you'll be the creative force behind the scenes -- supporting staff and students, inspiring confidence, and ensuring the salon runs as smoothly as a perfect blow-dry.

In this role, you will:

Provide hands-on

learning and technical support

to both staff and students in Hair, Barbering and Beauty environments.

Demonstrate and assist

with professional salon techniques, helping learners master their craft and boost their confidence.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

, including industry partners, to maintain high-quality standards and opportunities for learners.

Assess student progress

and provide constructive, motivating feedback to support achievement and professional growth. Take charge of

salon stock control

-- ordering, organising, and issuing products and equipment to keep things running seamlessly. Play a key role in

maintaining high standards of Health & Safety

within practical sessions.
