Job Title: Skin Cancer Screening Nurse

Starting Salary:

40,000 plus Monthly Bonus averaging 5,000 pa.

Hours:

Full Time, incl. Saturdays.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN and minimum 2 years PQE.

Experience:

Dermatology experience not required.

Role Summary:

As a Screening Nurse at The Mole Clinic, you will be integral to our patient-centered approach, delivering top-tier care. You will benefit from our exceptional training programs, including our RCN-accredited course, and contribute significantly to our clinic's success and highly regarded reputation. Previous dermatology experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting routine skin screenings and assessments. Maintaining accurate patient records. Collaborating with leading consultant dermatologists and plastic surgeons. Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN and minimum 2 years post-qualification experience - dermatology experience not required.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours and Environment:

8am - 5pm or 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday; 9am - 4pm on Saturday. Work in a bright, modern and conveniently located clinic.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive starting salary of 50,000 per annum. Additional Performance Related Pay (PRP) averaging 5,000 per annum. NMC annual retention fee paid by The MOLE Clinic. Benefits include a pension scheme, and professional development opportunities, including access to our RCN-accredited training.
