The Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales & Account Executive with skincare industry experience to support and grow key accounts, drive new business, and act as a crucial link between the brand and our retail, wholesale, and professional partners.
You'll work closely with the sales and leadership teams to ensure every partner feels supported, while identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint across retail, ecommerce, and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients, distributors, and retailers
Identify and convert new sales opportunities across skincare, beauty, and wellness channels
Support strategic sales campaigns, promotions, and launches to drive revenue and visibility
Work cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product teams to ensure account success
Track sales performance, order volume, and customer feedback; prepare regular reports
Attend trade shows, client meetings, or virtual events as a brand representative
Provide training and product knowledge to B2B customers when needed
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness sales/account management
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Commercially minded, KPI-driven, and highly organised
Understanding of skincare products
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
