We're seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist to join our small but growing team during this exciting period of expansion. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality skin treatments and skincare consultations while upholding our exceptional standards of patient care and professionalism. This role focuses on evidence-based skincare and natural, long-term results.

This is a freelance position with a minimum of 16 hours per week, including one day, one evening, and two weekends per month. As the business continues to grow, there may be the opportunity for this role to develop into a permanent employed position.
Responsibilities
Carry out comprehensive skincare consultations to support long-term treatment planning
Deliver advanced skin treatments, including:
- Microneedling
- Radiofrequency Microneedling
- Chemical Peels
- Facials
- Dermaplaning
- LED Light Therapy
Contribute to treatment planning and the ongoing development of services within the clinic
Maintain accurate, professional treatment records in line with industry standards
Recommend medical-grade skincare and support clients with home regimes
Support with product stock control and day-to-day organisation
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience from consultation through to aftercare
Actively contribute to the clinic's social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and promotional ideas
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Skin Therapist
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
Proven experience in microneedling, peels, facials, and dermaplaning
Strong understanding of skin health and evidence-based skincare
A genuine passion for learning and professional development
Creative and confident in contributing to clinic ideas and improvements
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Confident using social media for professional content and engagement
Familiarity with booking systems and time management in clinic
