Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care and support? The Sleep Physiology team is seeking a dedicated Clinic Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Clinic Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to patients attending for sleep Physiology outpatient appointments.



As a Clinic Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to patients attending for Sleep Physiology outpatient appointments.



Welcome patients to the clinic with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive.



Efficiently book patients into appointments and arrange further appointments as necessary, ensuring continuity of care and the smooth running of clinics.



Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure a consistent approach across the Trust, following defined processes and timelines for carrying out your duties.



Support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and a commitment to continuous improvement.



Collaborate with colleagues, clinicians, and support staff to optimize patient experiences and clinic operations.
