Genting Casinos UK is currently looking for a Slots Host to join the team. We are looking for a fully flexible candidate who is able to work a variety of shifts across the working week.


Key competencies and duties include:

Ability to deliver excellence in customer service at all times Constantly looking for new customers whilst offering a warm and friendly welcome Oversee the Slots and ETG areas offering assistance Identify any Food and Beverage requirements using a pro-active approach where appropriate An understanding of the Slots and Electronic Gaming offer is preferable Communicate any relevant promotional activity or events to customers Feedback customer comments to the General Manager
