Our Small Works Administrator will be responsible for executing the overall support and reporting of our Small Works department from our Hamilton office.

What You'll Be Doing:
Monitor the costs of materials purchased against targets.
Raise purchase orders, issue enquiries and collate prices.
Update and maintain accurate records and reports.
Implement the standard ordering system.
Support the team and assist in efficiency improvements.
General administrative duties such a printing, filling and scanning.
Mailbox management and handling inbound telephone calls.
Maintain good working relationships with our suppliers and clients.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience in a similar administration role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use own initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Full UK Driving License.
This is an office-based role and would require the successful Small Works Administrator to attend Monday-Friday at Cadzow House, Cadzow Industrial Estate, Hamilton, ML3 7QU.
