SMT Machine Operator, INCAP Electronics UK Ltd

About the Role

As a SMT Machine Operator you will be responsible for the setting up and operation of the SMT machines to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the lines, in compliance with relevant policies and procedures, to set standards and targets.

Main responsibilities:

To set up and operate SMT machines To complete effective and efficient job change overs To prepare or seek preparation of materials, tooling and kitting aids prior to starting a job To inspect the product to ensure a high standard To carry out general production work where required To work from instructions To inform supervisors of faulty machinery or production issues To adhere to health and safety standards, quality standards, policies and procedures To adhere to the production schedule To adhere to operational procedures and production timelines To carry out lean manufacturing processes and 5S To provide improvement ideas to the Production Supervisor To collaborate with technical and quality departments when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.53 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
