About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled
SMT Production Operator
to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of surface mount technology (SMT) machines in line with the daily production schedule. You'll play a key part in maintaining quality standards and supporting our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate SMT paste printers, placement machines, and reflow ovens. Load and check components for accuracy. Perform visual inspections to IPC 610 standards. Hand-fit components when required. Maintain SMT machines according to instructions. Report quality issues from test/AOI/inspection to supervision.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an SMT role is
essential
. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. Good organizational skills and multitasking ability. Ability to work collaboratively within the production team.Desirable:
Good time management skills.
