Key Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
Create compelling ad content, including images, videos, and carousel formats.
Analyse campaign performance data to identify insights and enhance results.
Produce detailed reports and present performance outcomes to internal teams and clients.
Implement best-practice account structures, audience targeting, and event tracking (pixels/CAPI).
Essential Experience:
Proven experience managing paid social campaigns within a digital or eCommerce environment.
Strong understanding of PPC principles and social media advertising strategies.
Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content development skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
Clear and confident communication skills with strong attention to detail.
