Key Responsibilities:




As our new Marketing Manager, you'll drive Klipboard's organic growth by owning our content strategy and execution across all channels. You'll create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience in the trades and field service industries, turning complex field service management challenges into clear, benefit-focused solutions. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making. Working directly with our CMO and supported by our talented marketing team of 8 specialists, you'll play a crucial role in generating the quality leads that fuel our continued expansion.


What You'll Do


Lead Generation & Nurturing

Design and implement effective lead-nurturing campaigns that convert prospects into customers Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing content with sales enablement needs Create and optimise conversion-focused content for each stage of the buyer journey Track, measure, and optimise campaign performance against revenue targets

Content Strategy & Creation

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives our marketing funnel and business objectives Create engaging, SEO-optimised content across multiple formats (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media) Translate technical features into clear benefit statements that speak directly to our customers' pain points Maintain our approachable yet professional brand voice across all content initiatives Leverage AI tools effectively whilst maintaining quality and authenticity

SEO & Technical Optimisation

Partner with our Marketing Director to drive our SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimisation, and performance tracking Use tools like Semrush and GA4 to identify opportunities, monitor rankings, and measure content performance Implement technical SEO best practices and optimise existing content for improved search visibility Provide regular reporting on content performance and SEO metrics

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:




Experience & Skills

Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth through content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing approaches and generating results in niche markets Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Intercom) and CMS systems Data-driven mindset with experience in content performance analysis and reporting Management experience at a senior level

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the trades, field service, or job management industries Knowledge of B2B sales processes Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Hubspot, or Intercom Understanding of marketing analytics and attribution modelling Project management experience

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills Creative storyteller who can translate technical concepts into compelling campaigns Self-motivated with excellent time management skills Results-oriented with a focus on measuring and improving performance Excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively across departments
