We're now on the lookout for a creative and strategic Social Media and Content Manager to join and lead our growing marketing team. Role Overview



As Social Media and Content Manager, you'll take full ownership of No Regrets' organic digital presence, managing all social platforms and shaping a content strategy that drives engagement, boosts brand visibility, and connects meaningfully with our audience. You'll work closely with our videographer and Marketing & Communications Lead to align your content with business goals while staying true to our distinctive brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Collaboration



Lead and coordinate our in-house videographer in developing and executing a proactive filming schedule. Take ownership of the No Regrets social media strategy. Identify opportunities for original, engaging storytelling across digital platforms. Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep our strategy current and competitive. Collaborate closely with artists and sales teams to align content with key business and sales objectives. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Social Media Management



Own and manage all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Develop and execute brand-aligned social media strategies to grow reach, engagement, and awareness. Maintain an active content calendar and ensure regular, high-quality posting. Manage updates to Google My Business profiles to support local visibility. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, maintaining tone of voice and visual identity. Produce regular performance reports and recommend strategic improvements based on analytics.

Content Creation



Plan, shoot, and edit scroll-stopping content tailored to each platform. Produce creative assets across formats: video, image, written, and short-form content. Work alongside internal content creators to align with campaigns and initiatives. Take ownership of content scheduling, ensuring deadlines are met and publishing is consistent.

About You



Must be Bristol/South-west based. 5+ years of experience in social media and content management. Proven experience in leading or managing a creative team. Strong editing skills (photo and video). Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Confident working across visual and written formats. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. A natural communicator and storyteller. Thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Adaptable to change and open to feedback. Enjoy taking initiative and ownership of your work.

Nice-to-Haves



Experience working in a creative, design-led, or visual culture-focused industry. Interest in tattoos and the industry. Full driving license

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
