Job Description

Job Category: Human Resources

About the Role:
Become the Voice of Our Culture
Are you a natural storyteller with a passion for creating authentic content? We are looking for a creative powerhouse to join our Employer Brand team to capture the energy of NEXT's culture and translate it into compelling social media stories. This isn't just about posting to social media; it's about building a community. You will be the creative force behind the "Life at NEXT" and "Early Careers at NEXT" channels, turning everyday moments into platform-native video, photography, and inspiring copy.
How You'll Make an Impact
You will own the entire creative process from concept to execution, acting as a strategic storyteller who identifies the best formats to translate our employer brand goals into fresh content series. By producing, shooting, and editing engaging content primarily for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X, you will make our audience feel truly connected to the brand. Your work will embody our 'Let's take it on' ethos, using your keen eye for trends to craft narratives that resonate and spark meaningful conversations. Crucially, your creativity will be data-informed; you will use performance metrics and social listening insights to inspire your next wave of content, continuously refining your approach to drive engagement and awareness within our community.
Ready to Take It On?
Now it's your turn to take it on! We want you to create a TikTok video that showcases why you would be the perfect fit for our Social & Content Specialist role within the Employer Brand Team. This is your opportunity to show us your unique storytelling style and your flair for creating engaging content.
About you:

  • You have proven experience in crafting platform-native content, including filming, editing, and producing video for diverse social channels.
  • You possess an in-depth understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X, including their algorithms and best practices.
  • You have an exceptional ability to write captivating social copy, video scripts, and headlines that bring the NEXT story to life.
  • You have a natural flair for generating fresh ideas and pushing creative boundaries to keep channels dynamic.
  • You are familiar with analysing social metrics and using scheduling platforms like Sprout Social or Later.com to optimise output
  • You can articulate creative concepts and collaborate effectively across teams.
Only applications that include a video as part of your application will be considered.
