About the Role
We're looking for someone who can bridge strategy, creativity, and client management - a Social Content & Account Manager who can both shape the story and own the relationship. You'll be the heartbeat between client goals and creative execution, managing day-to-day client comms while driving the creation of sharp, effective social content.
What You'll Do
Lead and nurture
day-to-day client relationships -- ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver measurable impact.
Plan and oversee
social content strategies, calendars, and campaigns that align with client objectives.
Write and brief
content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms -- from thought leadership to motion-first campaigns.
Collaborate
closely with Creative, Motion, and Performance teams to bring ideas to life.
Monitor and report
on content performance, providing insights and recommendations that shape future work.
Contribute to growth
, spotting opportunities to add value and expand client partnerships.
Manage budgets and timelines
, ensuring delivery is on brief, on brand, and on time.
What You'll Bring
3-5 years' experience in a social content or account management role (agency experience preferred).
A confident communicator with great instincts for people and brands.
Strong social know-how -- especially LinkedIn and emerging B2B platforms.
Excellent writing, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to move fast without losing precision.
