WE'RE HIRING: TikTok & Social Content Creator...

Want to help make a cleaning and facilities brand go viral?

Are you creative, ambitious, and obsessed with content that makes people stop scrolling?

CLEANSERV is looking for a TikTok and short-form content creator to help us take our digital game to the next level - and showcase the real side of what it takes to keep schools, businesses, and communities clean, compliant, and wow-worthy.

What you'll do:

Create behind-the-scenes content from school sites, head office, client visits, van tours, and our FM projects

Film real people - from site teams to managers to customers - in authentic and engaging ways

Ride the trends: TikTok sounds, Reels challenges, workplace humour, day-in-the-life content

Edit, post, and publish regular short-form content across TikTok, Instagram & LinkedIn

Collaborate with our leadership team, cleaning operatives, and contractors to capture what makes CLEANSERV different

Help build a brand that feels real, relatable, and radically different to every other facilities company out there

What we're looking for:

Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and bold content

Experience creating short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) -- show us your work!

Confident filming people and environments -- from offices to sites to vans

Fast turnaround editing skills and an eye for what works online

Strong energy, creativity, and a sense of humour that fits our straight-talking brand

Based in the Midlands or South East -- or willing to travel to our key sites
