Freelance TikTok & Social Content Creator/Presenter

Retainer:

1,000 per month

Commitment:

~3 on-site half-days (3-4 hrs each) per month + remote editing time

Location:

Brick Borrow HQ, [City/area] -- occasional remote work possible

Initial 3-month rolling contract, with option to extend

Now, we're cranking up our content engine--especially on TikTok--to match that growth.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing to plan, create and optimise standout short-form video content that brings Brick Borrow's story to life. Key responsibilities include:

Ideate & storyboard:

Pitch trending, brand-relevant short-form video concepts that showcase the fun, savings, and sustainability of Brick Borrow.

Shoot on site:

Visit HQ around three times a month (weekday mornings/afternoons) to film batches of 5-10 TikToks/Reels per session.

Edit & deliver:

Turn raw footage into daily ready-to-post assets with captions, hooks, music, text overlays, and hashtags.

Optimise & iterate:

Track performance, suggest tweaks, and jump on trends, sounds, and challenges to keep content fresh and engaging.

Cross-platform trims:

Supply square/vertical edits for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
What We're Looking For

Proven TikTok/Instagram Reels portfolio Ability to self-shoot using a phone or mirrorless camera with basic lighting and audio Strong grasp of TikTok trends, hooks, and pacing Reliable and efficient editing workflow A love for LEGO or pop-culture toys Experience with filming and editing videos
