The Opportunity



The Social Creative is responsible for the development and delivery of social-first creative content across client platforms. This includes ideation, real-time content creation, content capture at live events, copywriting, community engagement (within defined guidelines) and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure all output is on-brand, compliant and culturally relevant.

The role requires high flexibility, agility in responding to changing project demands and a strong grasp of platform-native creativity and trends.

What you will be doing



Generate and execute content ideas that align with client briefs and wider campaign strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads and YouTube. Attend live events (e.g., concerts, festivals, activations) to capture content, often working in high-pressure or fast-changing environments. Ensure all social content is legally compliant, approved by the relevant stakeholders and scheduled/published in line with platform and client requirements. Deliver short-form copywriting consistent with client tone of voice. Participate in community management activity, ensuring all communication adheres to pre-agreed social guidelines and response protocols. Monitor social and cultural trends to proactively recommend reactive content opportunities. Collaborate with producers, editors, strategists and client teams to ensure alignment across all stages of campaign delivery.

About you



Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate content ideas tailored to social platforms. Proficiency with tools and platforms used for real-time content creation (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, in-app editing tools). Understanding of social media legal and compliance standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate with professionalism and discretion when working in high-visibility or client-facing situations. Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment.

Additional Responsibilities



Working hours are not fixed and will vary based on project requirements. The individual in this role is expected to accommodate changes to hours and days of work at short notice, including work outside of standard office hours (e.g., evenings, weekends, early mornings) The role is studio-based 5 days per week unless assigned to a project requiring work offsite, outdoors, or abroad May be required to take on tasks outside of typical duties to meet project needs- this includes working in crowded venues, unfamiliar environments, or while travelling Working on projects which aren't related to social media will also be required where necessary
