About the role:

We're looking for a Social Media Account Executive who can manage multiple small business accounts, create engaging content, and build client relationships.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for:

Managing 25-30 client accounts across industries. Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Communicating directly with clients, understanding needs, and suggesting growth opportunities. Using AI tools, automation platforms, and design software to deliver high-quality content efficiently. Reporting on account performance and identifying ways to optimise growth. Being comfortable appearing on camera for content (both client-facing and internal).

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, TikToks, shorts). Write captions and optimise posts for reach & engagement. Manage workflows and approvals via Trello & Slack. Analyse performance data and present reports with recommendations. Build strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery. Spot upsell opportunities (ads, extra content, platforms).

What we're looking for:

Degree (2:1 or above) in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or Business (Russell Group preferred). ABB or higher at A-Levels. 1-2 years experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (agency experience a plus). Strong portfolio showing account growth, content creation, or design skills. Creative, witty, and confident communicator. Organised and thrives under pressure in a high-output environment.
