About Us


Ebbrox is a fast-growing fishing and outdoor lifestyle brand which houses our other account Lazy Lures. We're passionate about crafting high-quality, purpose-driven products for anglers and adventurers. We're now looking for a creative and well-organised Social Media & Affiliate Manager to join our team and take ownership of our digital presence and ambassador program.

Key Responsibilities



Content Scheduling & Strategy

- Plan and schedule all social media content (ideally one month in advance). Prioritise Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTubeShorts across both brands (8 posts per week total). Maintain flexibility for changes due to new product releases or announcements for the brand.

Trendspotting & Competitor Monitoring -

Stay up to date with platform trends (audio, reels, formats) and monitor competitor brand activity (post styles, ad engagement, educational vs. entertainment content) to keep our content relevant.

Coordination with Videographer and Founders -

Communicate regularly with our videographer and founders to plan and brief for essential content needed to be scheduled for all the social media platforms.

Affiliate & Ambassador Program Management

- Build and lead the ambassador/affiliate team. This includes sourcing new brand-aligned influencers, maintaining strong relationships with current partners and improving retention through thoughtful engagement and incentive strategies.

Social Media Influencer Outreach -

Act as a social media buyer for the brand, identifying and approaching relevant pages, content creators and influencers to secure paid collaborations ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and values.

Affiliate Communication Oversight

- Maintain regular contact with affiliates to ensure they're posting content in line with our brand requirements and minimum activity standards.

What We're Looking For



A highly organised and self-managed individual who can take initiative and deliver consistent results. Confident, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once. Comfortable using scheduling tools and collaborative platforms (e.g., Meta Suite, Google Drive). Proficient on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Experience in short-form video editing - Final Cut Pro preferred. Familiar with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for captioning posts. Clear and literate in written communication - you'll be posting captions, responding to DMs, and communicating with the rest of the team regularly. Ideally has a passion or growing interest in the fishing industry - willingness to learn is key. Must meet deadlines and be proactive in managing product launches in collaboration with the media team.
