Lavinia Stamps is seeking a creative, organised, and platform-savvy
Social Media and Content Executive
to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in shaping and executing our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring that our brand, products, and events are communicated with consistency, creativity, and impact.
As the Social Media and Content Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and analysing content that aligns with our product release calendar, workshops, events, and overall brand strategy.
You will work closely with our in-house designers, video editors, and other creatives, as well as in partnership with external consultants and strategists.
We're looking for someone who has a flair for photography, videography, and digital storytelling -- with a strong understanding of social media trends and tools across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities

Content Planning:
Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, events, workshops, and broader brand campaigns.

Content Creation:
Produce engaging photo, video, and graphic content using tools such as Photoshop and basic video editing software.

Scheduling & Publishing:
Schedule and publish content across all social platforms using scheduling tools and best timing practices.
?
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse engagement and reach; report on key performance indicators and adjust strategy accordingly.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (design, editing, creative) and external consultants to ensure alignment and consistency across all messaging.

Brand Promotion:
Actively promote Lavinia's product range, brand values, and events in a way that resonates with both new and existing audiences.

Newsletters:
Actively promote Lavinia's product range, product releasees and events in a way that resonates with both new and existing audiences with weekly newsletters.
Essential Skills & Experience
? Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
? Strong photography and videography skills
? Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop & Canva)
? Competency in video editing (Adobe Premiere, CapCut etc.)
? Excellent written and visual communication skills
? Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
? Strong organisational and planning abilities
? A keen eye for detail and a good sense of visual composition
? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
? Experience with A Webber
Desirable Attributes
? A genuine interest in crafts, stamping, or creative hobbies
? Experience working within a creative or product-based business
? Awareness of trends in social media content and algorithmic changes
? Experience with influencer outreach or community engagement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,841.00-28,000.00 per year
