About the Role



At SharkNinja , innovation moves fast -- and so do we. We're looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead digital strategy for our powerhouse kitchen brand, Shark Home . This is your chance to build buzz, drive engagement, and shape how millions connect with one of the most disruptive home brands in the world.



You'll own our social presence and influencer strategy from end to end -- creating campaigns people can't stop talking about and forging partnerships that fuel fandom. If you're creative, strategic, and passionate about lifestyle content, we want you on the Ninja team.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Social Strategy:

Build and execute Shark Home's social media playbook across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more

Influencer Partnerships:

Identify, manage, and grow relationships with creators who align with Shark's bold identity

Campaign Management:

Launch content-rich campaigns around product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments

Content Creation:

Collaborate with creatives to deliver compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our audience

Community Engagement:

Respond, connect, and build loyalty with followers across platforms

Performance & Insights:

Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and keep Shark at the forefront of social and influencer trends

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Align closely with Marketing, PR, and Product to deliver consistent messaging and measurable impact



What You'll Bring



Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in consumer or lifestyle brands



Strong platform knowledge (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and hands-on experience with analytics tools



A track record of leading influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales



Creative thinking combined with a strategic mindset and attention to detail



Excellent communication and relationship-building skills



A passion for digital culture, lifestyle trends, and building standout social content
