Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to audience engagement in a timely manner to foster community interaction.
Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media management.
Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand image and visibility.
Skills
Proven experience in social media management and public relations is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
