Channel Coordinator


to join our

Audience Development team


, managing the day-to-day publishing, performance tracking, and community engagement for our

Road Cycling and Triathlon social media channels


, including GCN and GTN.

You'll play a central role in getting our world-class content in front of a global audience, ensuring our videos are seen, shared, and celebrated -- whether it's a first sportive or a full Ironman. You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team working across YouTube and social media platforms, helping grow the largest online cycling and triathlon communities in the world.

This is an ideal role for someone with a sharp eye for detail, creative thinking, a strong sense of organisation, and a genuine enthusiasm for cycling and/or triathlon. You'll be based in our

Bath office


, surrounded by passionate and friendly professionals across production, marketing, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Publishing & Content Coordination




Publish engaging video content across YouTube and social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Optimise thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata to maximise discoverability and engagement.

Write video copy that reflects our brand tone and speaks directly to our cycling and triathlon communities.

Maintain and update channel programming calendars.

Audience & Performance Growth




Track channel analytics to report on performance trends and inform content strategy.

Assist in delivering monthly reports and audience insights to internal teams and commercial partners.

Contribute to "test and learn" strategies to refine best practices and improve content impact.

Community Engagement




Interact with our audience across all platforms -- replying to comments, identifying common questions or issues, and helping viewers feel part of the PSN community.

Collaborate with the team to develop creative and engaging community-building initiatives.

Cross-Team Collaboration




Work closely with Channel Managers, Senior Execs, Creative, Production, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.

Tag and log videos accurately to support commercial reporting and content delivery for brand partners.

Platform & Trend Awareness




Stay current with trends, algorithm changes, and new features across YouTube and other platforms.

Bring ideas for new formats, experiments, or platform opportunities to grow reach and engagement.

Complete YouTube Certified training during onboarding.



Skills & Experience




#

? Essential




Good written communication skills with excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.

A genuine passion for

cycling and/or triathlon


, and a strong understanding of the sports, culture, and tech involved.


Familiarity with major social media platforms and a willingness to learn platform-specific best practices.

A confident, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ability to pick up brand, tone and voice quickly and adapt across formats.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).

Desirable




Previous experience in social media publishing or digital video is a plus.

Written or spoken proficiency in

Spanish, French, Italian or German


, is an advantage.


Familiarity with YouTube Studio, community moderation, or audience development tools.

Understanding of basic public relations or brand protection principles.



Additional Information




Location:

This is an

office-based


role at our Bath HQ.


Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with occasional

evening or weekend work


required during peak periods (Time Off in Lieu applies).
