About the role



As the Social Media and Communications Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the school's communications and marketing. You'll manage our social media channels, create engaging content, and help produce key publications including newsletters, prospectuses, and parent handbooks. With your creative flair and attention to detail, you'll ensure everything we share reflects the school's values and brand identity. You'll work closely with the Admissions Manager to support recruitment events, tours, and open days--playing a vital role in welcoming new families and promoting our school community. You'll also help maintain the website, design promotional materials, and contribute to wider marketing campaigns led by the Head and Pod Marketing Manager.



This is a full-time, permanent role.





Who we are looking for:



You're a self-starter with strong design, writing, and digital skills--comfortable using Canva, META Business Suite, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office. You have experience managing social media professionally and supporting communications in a fast-paced environment, ideally within education. Organised, creative, and confident working independently or as part of a team, you care about delivering a high standard of work and are excited to showcase all that makes our school special.
