Role



The Social Content Manager - Aman Essentials will lead the creation and execution of a social-first content strategy that brings the Aman brand and product world to life in digital spaces. This London-based role is responsible for crafting engaging narratives across platforms--Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and more--through original storytelling, short-form video, editorial content, and community-focused initiatives. The role will work across creative, PR, digital and e-commerce teams to ensure a consistent and elevated brand voice that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion. This is a maternity leave cover position offering a unique opportunity to shape and evolve the content presence of one of the world's most iconic luxury hospitality brands as it expands into fashion, lifestyle and wellness.


Responsibilities



Develop and implement a content-first social strategy across all Aman Essentials channels. Produce, plan and publish organic content--from editorial series and campaign videos to UGC, behind-the-scenes stories, and seasonal storytelling. Create and evolve original content formats that reflect the brand's world and engage audiences. Oversee creative production including short-form video, social shoots, and asset development. Write brand-right copy for social posts, stories, captions, and video overlays. Own the content calendar and align with product launches, partnerships, and key cultural moments. Manage partnerships with creators, photographers, and influencers for branded content. Support paid media efforts with performance-optimised creative tailored to each funnel stage. Engage with the social community, respond to mentions, and monitor sentiment to build loyalty. Track content performance and provide insights to inform creative strategy and improvements.

Requirements



4-6 years of experience in social content creation, brand storytelling or digital editorial. Proven ability to produce high-quality, platform-native content in luxury or lifestyle sectors. Strong creative instincts and understanding of visual storytelling, tone, and format. Experience launching content series or building editorial pillars. Excellent writing skills and fluency in luxury aesthetics and cultural nuance. Highly organised and proactive, with strong project management abilities. Familiar with analytics and planning tools (e.g. Instagram Insights, Figma, Google Analytics, Later, Adobe Suite, Canva). Experience collaborating with global creators, influencers, and production teams. Discretion, diplomacy, and cultural sensitivity are essential. Availability to travel internationally for brand activations and content capture when required.
