This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at Astella Jewellery in Birmingham - we require a successful candidate to focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies for our Jewellery Brand. Responsibilities include content creation, managing omni-chanel marketing across google, social media and other outlets, brand and story development, ability to implement and analyse digital campaigns with a results driven approach. Co-ordinate new partnerships and micro-influencers to support the brands.
We are looking for someone dynamic, fast paced, ability to work under pressure and can manage different projects. Results are essential.
Qualifications / Expectations:
Strong Photography, Videography and other Content Creation skills using a Camera and a Smartphone Device for Social Media & E-Commerce Purposes... (Pref. experience shooting Macro Lens Photography) - Having your own camera equipment is essential.
Ability to Create/Edit: Graphics and Refreshing Content using Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro and other Editing Apps.
Market Research/Strategy skills - being able to identify and set market trends which align with our brand.
Previous and proven experience managing digital campaigns is essential. Core understanding of digital metrics, lead generation and analytical skills across outlets such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google PPC/SEO and LinkedIn with results.
Brand Development ability, being able to create and tell our story, create and engage a community of our clients and followers which are passionate about our products and us
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Passion for the luxury goods industry and understanding of psychology about what drives consumers purchases is a bonus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with public relations practices and strategies is advantageous.
Experience in social media management, including knowledge of various platforms and their audiences.
Strong research skills and the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, engaging content.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
