The Role

We're looking for a

full-time Content Creator

who lives and breathes social media trends. You'll be responsible for producing engaging short-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories) and creative photo content that grows our audience and drives sales.

This is a hands-on, creative role: you'll pitch your own ideas, film and edit content, and bring our brand personality to life online.

Responsibilities

Create engaging video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Plan, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) with a strong understanding of current trends. Develop creative ideas for campaigns and day-to-day content. Work with the marketing team to align content with product launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns. Repurpose customer/brand rep UGC into on-brand content. Stay on top of TikTok/Instagram trends and suggest ways we can adapt them for our audience. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new series, storytelling formats, and brand collabs.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience creating and editing short-form video (this could be for a brand, freelance, or your own social media). Strong creative eye with the ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently. Confident using editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar). A passion for pets and an understanding of how to connect with pet-loving communities online. Ability to generate ideas, work quickly, and adapt to a fast-moving small business environment. Excellent written communication for captions and storytelling. Organised, proactive, and full of ideas.
