Social Media Content Creator

, you'll be the mastermind behind our digital presence - developing, curating, and managing engaging content across multiple social platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our management team to bring our brand to life, creating high-quality visuals and copy that not only align with our voice and business goals but also inspire and connect with our audience.

Some of the bits you'll be responsible for include:

Develop, create, and manage captivating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

Design eye-catching graphics, videos, reels, and other multimedia content using tools like Canva

Edit visuals and videos using tools like CapCut

Paid social media advertising and conversion tracking with Google Ads, Meta Advertising etc

Write engaging and on-brand captions, posts, and articles to drive engagement and community interaction

Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize content reach and effectiveness

Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely manner

Analyse social media metrics and performance data to refine content strategies and improve engagement

Create targeted email workflows via our CRM software.

Collaborate with other departments to align content with brand campaigns and initiatives

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.

The stuff you already know that's going to make you great at this role:

Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut)

Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills

Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to different platforms

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite)

A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
