Are you obsessed with trends, bursting with ideas, and passionate about creating content that makes people stop scrolling? Heavenly Desserts is looking for a creative, driven, and socially savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our fast growing marketing team!

This is your chance to shape how our indulgent, visually rich brand connects with dessert lovers across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. From concept to camera roll, you'll craft content that drives engagement, builds community, and puts Heavenly Desserts at the forefront of the social media conversation.

What You'll Do:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all major social platforms for both B2C and B2B (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) Conceptualise and produce high-quality video and photo content in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns Attend and document in-store events, new launches, and behind the scenes moments across the entire business Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with campaign goals Monitor trends, audio, memes, and viral formats to keep our content fresh, relevant, and exciting Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions Analyse content performance and suggest improvements based on data insights

What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram Experience with video editing apps (CapCut, Adobe, InShot, etc.) Confidence shooting and editing content on a smartphone or DSLR Excellent eye for detail, storytelling, and visual composition Creative thinker who thrives in a fast paced environment Comfortable being behind, and occasionally in front of the camera Passionate about food, lifestyle trends, and creating engaging, shareable content Bonus: Experience with influencer outreach or community management

You Are:

Overflowing with ideas and quick to turn them into content Social first and trend aware Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines A confident communicator, online and offline Open to feedback and excited to grow Committed to travelling the UK for content Hungry to be part of a bold, ambitious brand on the rise

Requirements:

1-2 years experience in a social media, content creation, or digital marketing role (in house or agency) Strong portfolio or examples of content you've produced
