We are looking for a confident and creative

Graduate Social Media Content Creator

to work closely with our in-house videographer, producing engaging, high-quality content for our social media channels. This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work across all three companies, gaining broad experience in digital marketing, video production, and brand storytelling.

Role Overview


You will be responsible for filming, editing, and publishing social media content that engages audiences and showcases our products and services. You must be confident on camera and comfortable presenting new products to a wide online audience. Versatility, creativity, and a high work rate are essential in this fast-paced, hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities



Content Creation & Filming



Plan, film, and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Confidently present and demonstrate new products in front of the camera. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, project showcases, and customer case studies across Dortech Group companies. Edit video content quickly and to a high standard, ensuring it is optimised for each platform.

Social Media Management



Schedule and publish content across all channels. Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions to build community following. Keep up to date with social media trends, trending sounds, and viral formats to maximise reach.

Brand & Campaign Support



Ensure all content reflects the correct brand style and tone for each company. Support wider marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Contribute fresh, creative ideas for increasing brand awareness and engagement.

Skills & Requirements



Recent graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, Film, or a related field. Proficient with TikTok and Instagram, with an understanding of trends, algorithms, and short-form video formats. Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent). Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
