Operating across 20+ locations in the West of Scotland, we are a high-growth, high-impact company with ambitious plans for regional, national, and international expansion.
The Role
We are seeking a
proven, advanced-level Social Media Content Creator
to capture and promote the full Tots United experience - from our classes and events to behind-the-scenes moments at our venues and locations.
This is a
challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced role
that requires energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to deliver high-quality content consistently. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a flair for storytelling, and a demonstrable record of producing engaging content for social media.
The successful applicant must be able to work at speed, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver with precision, creativity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photos and videos during classes, events, and across our various locations to creatively represent the Tots United brand.
Film, produce, and edit engaging video content for social platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Post and manage content across multiple social channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Represent the wider Tots United experience, including behind-the-scenes content that showcases our head office culture and operations.
Monitor social trends and propose innovative, relevant ideas to engage and grow our audience.
Edit and refine content to a high professional standard using industry-leading software.
Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages in line with our brand ethos.
Collaborate with coaches, parents, franchise owners, and the head office team to capture authentic and impactful moments.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work.
In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, including platform-specific best practices.
Strong creative writing ability for producing captions and posts that appeal to parents and communities.
Advanced skills in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or equivalent.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
A proactive, driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Only candidates with proven, advanced-level content creation and editing skills should apply - these must be clearly demonstrated in your portfolio.
Preferred (not essential)
Extensive experience managing professional social media accounts.
Background in producing branded content for consumer-facing companies.
What We Offer
15.00 - 25.00 per hour (DOE, project-based with potential for ongoing work)
Initial trial projects may be offered at the lower end of the rate, with higher rates available once quality and consistency are demonstrated.
