Key Responsibilities:

Produce high-quality photos, videos, reels, and stories showcasing our products, promotions, and in-store experience.

Support the Online Store

- Pick / Packing Items

Social Media Management

: Plan, schedule, and publish posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to drive traffic and sales.

-Sales-Focused Campaigns

: Highlight in-store exclusives, online deals, and seasonal offers to convert followers into customers.

-Paid Ads Support:

Assist with targeted social media ads (Facebook/Instagram) to promote products and events.

-Trendspotting

: Research trends (e.g., viral sounds, hashtags) and adapt strategies to increase reach and sales.

-Analytics:

Track post-performance, engagement, and sales conversions--report insights to optimize strategy.

-Community Engagement

: Respond to comments/DMs, collaborate with local influencers, and build relationships with customers online.

Ideal Candidate:

- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (bonus if you've managed a business account).

- Basic design/video skills (Canva, Cap-Cut, or similar).

- Organised and able to juggle multiple projects (e.g., weekly content calendars, promo campaigns).

- A creative mindset with an eye for retail trends and what sells.
