About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven

Social Media Content Creator

to lead and grow Dermanda's online presence. This is a part-time role with fixed hours, offering a hybrid working setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, particularly in the beauty or aesthetics industry, and a passion for engaging content that connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee Dermanda's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content including posts, Reels, Stories, and paid ads Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and tone Grow and engage a loyal audience, encouraging community interaction and conversation Monitor social trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant Track performance metrics and provide regular insights to improve engagement and reach Collaborate with the wider team for campaign alignment and brand consistency

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and content planning Proven ability to grow audiences and boost engagement organically and via paid content Skilled in using content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills Experience in the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics sector is strongly preferred

Nice-to-Haves

Basic video editing skills for Reels and TikToks Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC strategies Experience with Meta Ads or social ad campaign management
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11.44-14.00 per hour
