The Role:

We're seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media Content Creator. You'll be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality social media content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.

You'll work on-site 3 days per week, collaborating with our team to capture behind-the-scenes moments, product features, events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, and other social media platforms, under the direction of the internal team

Work with the internal team to generate content ideas that support marketing goals and brand identity

Stay on top of Instagram trends and platform best practices, incorporating them into your work

Edit content quickly and efficiently for publishing with fast turnaround times

Ensure all content is optimized for Instagram (aspect ratio, captions, music, etc.)

Provide input on content strategy and opportunities for growth

Compliance:

All content produced must adhere to relevant copyright, data protection, and privacy laws. You will be expected to:

Ensure all music, footage, and images used are appropriately licensed or royalty-free

Obtain and document appropriate permissions for filming individuals or private properties

Avoid using or disclosing confidential or proprietary information without prior consent

Comply with company policies related to social media, brand representation, and public communication

Ensure adherence to advertising and influencer marketing regulations under UK law

Specific Job Skills:

Proven experience creating Instagram content or other short-form video content

Skilled in filming using mobile devices or compact professional equipment

Proficient with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar mobile editing apps

Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm, trends, and content formats

Able to work autonomously and efficiently within a three-day weekly schedule

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

A flexible, can-do attitude and passion for storytelling through video

Ideally have experience with other platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Photography or social media management experience desirable
