Role

Position: Social Media & Content Creator Apprentice

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Type: Apprenticeship (entry level, on-the-job training with structured learning)

Duration: Typically 12-18 months (depending on apprenticeship framework)

Starting wage: 14,700 per year

Ideal candidate

School leaver with a keen interest in automotive and construction

Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and visual content

Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn

Comfortable working in a hands-on workshop environment and on-site with install teams

Willing to attend track days and car events as part of content creation

Basic IT skills and familiarity with social media platforms

Willingness to develop video editing, photography, and design skills

What you'll do

Create engaging content for our social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Plan and shoot photos and short-form videos in and around the workshop, on-site with install teams, and at track days/events

Edit videos and images; apply basic motion graphics, captions, and branding

Help develop content calendars, campaign ideas, and creative concepts

Monitor engagement, track metrics, and adjust strategies to grow followers and reach

Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives, our services, and customer success stories

Support simple website/blog updates and email content when needed

Attend track days and car events to capture content, network with partners, and showcase projects
