We pride ourselves on delivering a premium, modern learning experience for our students and are now looking for a creative and driven Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye and experience producing high-quality video and visual content. You'll be responsible for creating engaging digital assets, managing advertising campaigns, and ensuring our brand stands out across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create and edit professional video content using Final Cut Pro for promotional campaigns, social media, and website use Design high-quality visuals, posters, and marketing materials using Photoshop and Canva Plan, schedule, and manage social media advertising campaigns to maximise reach and engagement Develop content strategies to showcase the academy, highlight achievements, and attract new students Maintain brand consistency across all visuals, video, and online campaigns Report on advertising performance and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements

Proven experience using Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Canva Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality content Excellent organisational skills to manage time effectively within 4 hours per week
