Platinum Shoe Care is looking for someone to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator.

Who is Platinum Shoe Care:

Platinum Shoe Care was founded in 2020, and since then the business has grown which is why we are now looking to expand our team. We sell customised and exclusive trainers that are purchased globally by our customers. Our studio is based in Wellington, Somerset. Our custom designs range from sewing on new panels to painting different panels a different colour making our trainers exclusive and not available to purchase on the high street. We work on various trainers such Nike, Adidas and more. We also offer a cleaning and repair service for trainers.

Social Media Content Creator:

As our business is now growing we are looking to take on an experienced and hard working individual to film, edit, schedule and create content. You will have a creative mindset and able to understand, recognise and create trends within our industry. You will be responsible for filming all of our content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and more. The ideal candidate will have experience within this role and have a proven track record of either growing another businesses appearance on social media or growing their own personal brand on social media. The role will start off as part-time with the option to go into full-time. Working hours are 09:00-17:00, and will consist of 3 days work a week initially. As we are only a small business there will be occasions during our busy periods where you will be required to do additional work such as helping customise, package and other day-to-day tasks of our business.

Filming experience (minimum 1 year) Editing experience (minimum 1 year) Adobe and editing software experience Graphic design skillset Understanding of social media, including trends, algorithms and the structure Ability to follow direction but also bring your own creativity
