Ready to shape the digital conversation for brands that matter? As our Social Media Content Executive, you'll be the voice behind our clients' success stories, crafting content that doesn't just scroll past but stops people in their tracks.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop killer social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, X & Threads that align with our future-focused approach

Content Creation:

Create monthly content calendars that perfectly capture each brand's unique voice and our signature "making tomorrow better" philosophy

Community Building:

Foster genuine connections and engagement that turn followers into brand advocates

Client Partnership:

Work directly with clients, including occasional site visits across beautiful Cornwall to capture authentic content

Performance Analysis:

Track, analyse, and report on what's working (and what's not) using data-driven insights

Trend Spotting:

Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and emerging platforms

What Makes You Perfect for This

Essential Skills:

Solid experience in social media management (agency or brand-side) A proper good eye for design and attention to detail that would make a perfectionist proud Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting tools Excellent communication and organisational abilities (you'll be juggling multiple clients) Familiarity with scheduling tools and content management systems Ability to monitor trends and competitor activity like a digital detective

Skills That'll Make Us Swoon:

Some paid Meta campaign experience Competency with Adobe Creative Cloud (AI/PS/AE) Experience with emerging platforms and technologies Able to make AI-generated captions sound positively human A genuine passion for sustainable business practices and future-forward thinking
