We're excited to be recruiting a

Social Media & Content Manager

to join our dynamic Marketing team based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and results-driven professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality content and making a real impact through digital channels.

In this role, you'll take the lead in shaping and executing our social media strategy across the Group. You'll be responsible for developing engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audiences, grows our online presence, and supports wider business objectives.

You will also create a variety of digital assets, including written, visual, and video content, to support campaigns and initiatives. Monitoring performance, tracking engagement metrics, and continuously refining the strategy will be key parts of your role.

Responsibilities to include:



Working with the Group Head of Marketing and Strategic Comms to produce and deliver a social media strategy across the group.

Develop and produce content in a range of formats for social media and the websites including blogs, videos, case studies and legal explainers.

Work collaboratively to ensure the content aligns with the Groups branding and engages various stakeholders

Ensure our digital footprint is aligned with the strategic direction of the business

Work with all stakeholders to ensure accurate and engaging content production

Monitor and analyse competitors

Measure results of engagement and growth

Develop and post time sensitive content daily

Work closely with our legal teams to turn complex legal issues and cases into engaging content

Collaborate internally to produce engaging communications about the Bond Turner workplace

Manage social media engagement, responding to comments

Optimise content to develop interaction and engagement

Use of analytics tools - Meta, TikTok, Google Analytics, Sprout Social

About You:



Extensive previous experience managing and growing social channels

Knowledge of consumer facing platforms, target audiences and video and formatting

Claimant law firm experience preferred

Proven track record in managing paid search and social

Driven by strategic creativity and initiative

Organised and able to work and able to work quicky when needed

Experience of working within a busy environment and independently managing projects on tight deadlines

Video editing and production proficiency

Excellent communication and literacy skills

An understanding of legal concepts, case progression and terminology preferable
