We're looking for: A creative, commercial, and pub loving Social Media & Content Manager to join the Dodo team.

From the bar:

We offer a wide selection of great beers, wines, and cocktails - all served by knowledgeable and passionate staff to customers who care about quality and community.

From the kitchen:

We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450C in our pizza oven, alongside tasty burgers, brunch, and sides that hit the spot.

We're now looking for someone to lead our social media and content game across our 10 pubs. This is not your typical behind a desk marketing role; you'll be out in our pubs, capturing the action, driving campaigns, and turning stories into footfall and revenue.

What you'll be doing:

Taking ownership of our social media platforms, from strategy to execution. Spending time out in pubs capturing great moments and creating content that sings. Promoting events, writing compelling listings, and managing event pages across platforms. Telling stories that reflect our people, pubs, and culture. Leading & supporting a crew of Content Scouts (one per pub), training them up to be confident, creative, and consistent. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to plan, report, and drive sales-focused campaigns.

What we're looking for:

A confident content creator with strong video, photo, and copy skills. Someone who thrives on being out and about - this is not just a desk job. Commercial, strategic and performance driven thinker You lover of hospitality, neighbourhood vibes, teams and what makes a proper pub great! You know your way around Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
