Summary

We're looking for a dynamic, creative, camera-confident Social Media & Content Manager to own and grow our entire digital presence. You'll plan, create, film, edit, design and publish content that attracts thousands of new students -- and you'll be the face of Platinum across key channels.

Responsibilities

Develop, schedule and manage daily social content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. Be on camera: record reels, live Q&As, behind-the-scenes clips and event coverage. Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). Design compelling graphics and carousel posts (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). Write engaging captions, stories and calls-to-action that convert. Analyse and report on engagement, reach and conversion. Work with the MD, Admissions and Community teams to showcase student success stories that inspire. Create graphics and edit videos

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Confident and professional on camera (this is a must*).
Proven experience editing short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). Graphic design skills for social posts and promotional assets (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong writing skills -- you know how to craft captions that get clicks and shares. Up-to-date with the latest social trends, audio, hashtags, and viral content. Organised and able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation. Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an educational context. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices. Creative mindset with a passion for engaging storytelling.
