About Us:

Role Overview:

You will work directly with the Associate Director (who will be the face of the brand) to bring the RCB story to life online. Through short-form video content, you will showcase our homes, our values, and the team behind the care -- building trust with families and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) Film and direct the Associate Director and staff interviews Create a 3-month rolling content calendar and schedule posts Edit using tools like CapCut, Adobe Rush, or Final Cut Write captions using keywords, hashtags, and emoji's effectively Monitor performance analytics and report on reach and engagement Manage engagement (respond to comments/DMs where appropriate) Suggest creative campaign ideas and mini-series themes Full management of the websites. SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc. Responsible for all content.

Ideal Experience & Skills:

5+ years' experience in social media marketing, preferably in a service-based sector Proficient with TikTok, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva Strong video editing and filming skills (bonus if you have a camera setup) Excellent writing for captions, hooks, and calls-to-action Empathy and understanding of sensitive topics in healthcare Comfortable directing non-actors and putting people at ease on camera
