Overview

We are seeking a

creative and strategic Social Media Manager

to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This flexible role is

ideal for someone balancing college, school runs, or other part-time commitments

, while still wanting to make a meaningful impact in a growing business.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media management and public relations, along with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback, responding promptly to engage with our audience. Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations. Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency across to Adobe Suite Basic photo and video editing skills Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
