An exciting opportunity to build knowledge and skills across multiple touch points including brand, digital, sales and PR, you will be a natural storyteller, with a passion for social media, visual communication and travel. Working within the dynamic, fast paced Digital Marketing & Social Media Team you will help create impactful and engaging social channels that help deliver Aman's commercial objectives.


Responsibilities



Support the day-to-day management of Aman's social media channels, ensuring consistent, on-brand content scheduling and publishing. Collaborate with brand and creative teams to produce engaging content across Reels, Stories, in-feed posts, and other formats. Partner with our global network of social media champions to uphold brand tone, style, and best practices. Assist in training and supporting social media champions across regions, providing feedback and guidance. Manage community engagement and daily social listening to strengthen follower relationships and identify emerging trends. Analyse conversation trends and identify opportunities to expand Aman's social presence, including potential growth on new platforms such as TikTok. Maintain channel optimisation through regular audits of bios, links, and profile information. Liaise with agencies, platforms, and partners to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth platform performance. Support the planning and coordination of social-first photo and video shoots in collaboration with content creators and property teams. Help manage influencer partnerships, content creator collaborations, and compile performance reports and insights.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing or social media, preferably within luxury, travel, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional written and verbal English communication and presentation skills. A creative storyteller with a flair for visual communication and digital innovation. Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, X/Twitter). Experience using social scheduling and reporting tools. Familiarity with creative production processes, including managing photo or video shoots. A keen eye for detail, exceptional organisation, and a proactive approach. Demonstrated success in international or cross-cultural markets. * Bonus: experience with PowerPoint, InDesign, or other creative software.
