As our Social Media Creator, you'll be at the heart of our digital storytelling -- creating compelling, original content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You'll create and publish original content, write engaging captions and scripts, manage day-to-day social media, track performance, and help shape the overall social strategy to grow brand awareness and connect with our audience.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of exceptional knowledge and understanding of the social media landscape, including content ideation and optimisation, community building, social listening and reporting, planning and executing socially-led campaigns, understanding of the latest platform technologies, and delivering results with a drive for testing and learning.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all social media marketing and working cross-functionally with the wider business.
What you will be doing:
Manage the social media calendar to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and community growth
Handle the day-to-day management of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, adapting content for each channel
Scale TikTok growth with innovative, trend-led content
Write clear, engaging captions, scripts and social copy optimised for each platform's audience and format
Brief and collaborate with internal designers, video editors & copy team to produce best-in-class social content
Use social analytics and listening tools to monitor performance, audience behaviour, and emerging trends, applying insights to optimise content and campaigns
Deliver weekly reports on social performance and campaign impact
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and coordinate cross-team to align social with wider marketing strategies
Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all social touchpoints
Adopt a test-and-learn mindset to experiment with new formats and continuously refine social media efforts
