We are seeking a driven and professional Sales Executive to join our team.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and signing up new client leads for potential legal claims. This is a client-facing role focused on both actively generating new leads and converting enquiries into signed clients. You will also follow up with prospective clients as required to progress instructions before matters are passed to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generating new leads through outbound activity, referrals, and business development initiatives
Handling inbound enquiries and following up with prospective clients
Speaking with potential clients to obtain initial information about possible claims
Explaining the firm's services, processes, and next steps in a clear and professional manner
Converting qualified leads into signed clients
Carrying out follow-up calls and communications to progress onboarding
Maintaining accurate records of leads, communications, and outcomes
Liaising with the legal team to ensure smooth handover of new matters
Managing client expectations during the onboarding stage
Working towards individual and team performance targets
Undertaking any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, client intake, and customer-facing roles
Confident telephone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in generating new business
Well organised with good attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems or similar databases
Professional attitude and ability to represent a law firm appropriately
