We are a leading large format print company based in ashford, and we're looking for a talented

Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

to accelerate our online growth. This brand-new role is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our social media presence and play a key part in shaping our digital success.

You will lead and implement our social media and digital strategy across multiple brands--building awareness, generating engagement, and driving new business. While the focus will be on Facebook, Instagram, and other key social platforms, you'll also support PPC, SEO, and wider digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) with engaging, on-brand content Develop and implement social media strategies that support business goals and generate new enquiries Create high-quality posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos showcasing our products, services, and behind-the-scenes activities Plan and run paid social campaigns to increase reach, traffic, and conversions Collaborate with the design and print teams to produce creative marketing assets Monitor social insights, trends, and analytics to optimise content performance Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries across all social platforms Assist with digital marketing tasks including PPC, SEO, and email marketing Support the continuous development of the company's online presence Chat with customers through live chat platforms and provide excellent service

About You

Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing Confident with Facebook, Instagram, and ideally TikTok and LinkedIn Strong communication and creative storytelling skills Experience with paid social, PPC, SEO, or email marketing is a bonus Motivated, proactive, and excited to take ownership of a growing role

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
