The Role

You'll take the reins on our clients' social media and email marketing - not just posting or sending for the sake of it, but building real communities, driving engagement, and turning content into clicks, clicks into customers, and emails into revenue.

We're not after someone who "dabbles" - we want a

strategist and executor

who's strong in both social and email.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and executing scroll-stopping social and email strategies aligned with growth goals Creating, curating and managing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Writing captions, content and campaigns that actually get read and convert Managing email campaigns for eCommerce brands (abandon cart, welcome flows, promos - you know the drill) Engaging with communities and building loyal followings that boost trust and visibility Analysing performance data and optimising both social and email campaigns for maximum impact Collaborating with design, ads and PR teams to keep everything cohesive and on brand Staying ahead of trends, algorithm changes and platform updates
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

both social media management and email marketing

- preferably agency-side Experience working with eCommerce brands - you understand their customers, their cycles and what moves the needle Strong copywriting skills - short form, long form, and everything in between An eye for good visuals - you don't need to be a designer, but you know what works Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Mailchimp or Klaviyo, and basic analytics platforms Organised, self-driven and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite or other content creation tools

Pay: 30,085.76-45,130.64 per year
